PlaneSym LLC ("PlaneSym," "we," "us") operates planesym.com and provides flight-training services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you submit a form (inquiry, qualification check, seat reservation, contact, or chat), we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, certificate level, flight experience, training interests, and timing — along with technical data like the page you came from and marketing attribution parameters.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up about training.
  • To determine eligibility and help you enroll and schedule.
  • To send class scheduling, seat availability, reminders, and — where you've consented — promotional offers.
  • To improve our website and services.

Mobile / SMS information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors solely to support the messaging service (such as our SMS provider) excludes text-messaging opt-in data and consent — that information is not shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, email, and SMS providers) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP, unsubscribe from email using the link in our messages, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
