SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

PlaneSym's SMS program ("PlaneSym Student Messaging") sends text messages to prospective and enrolled students who have opted in. Messages relate to training inquiries, eligibility and enrollment, class scheduling and seat availability, class reminders, and occasional promotional offers for our ATP-CTP and A320 type-rating courses.

How to opt in

You opt in by submitting a form on planesym.com — an inquiry, qualification check, seat reservation, or chat — and checking the consent box agreeing to receive text messages from PlaneSym at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the program(s) you're interested in.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PlaneSym does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To opt back in, reply START.

Help — reply HELP

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors solely to support the messaging service (for example, our SMS provider) excludes text-messaging opt-in data and consent — that information is not shared with any third parties. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
